Please note:

  1. This is only a screening test, an order from your physician for this type of testing is not required.
  2. You must pay and sign a consent form prior to testing.
  3. Copies of your test results will be sent to your physician upon request.
  4. Copies of your test results will be sent to you.
  5. You should receive test results approximately 2 weeks after testing.
  6. These tests will not be eligible for payment by Medicare, Public Aid, or Insurance.
