Immunizations

Immunizations are available for children though the federally funded Vaccine for Children Program (VFC). Individuals who are eligible through VFC are children ages 0-18 years old that are uninsured, underinsured, or have IL Public Aid or All Kids.

There is a cost for each immunization. Medicaid is accepted. However, services will NOT be denied for inability to pay.

We also offer adult immunizations.
